TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

These terms & conditions govern your use of our site to place product orders online and to place telephone orders. You should read these terms in full before you place an order. If you do not accept these terms & conditions you should not proceed with an order. Your continued use of our online shopping facility confirms your acceptance of these terms.

 

Pricing. Prices shown on this website are in UK Sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. The price excluding VAT is also shown for reference.

 

We endeavour to ensure that all prices shown are correct. If however we find that an error has been made, before we despatch an order we reserve the right to contact you and offer the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or to cancel the order.

 

We accept most credit and debit cards. Your card will be verified and charged when you confirm the order and you will receive a confirmation email. All credit card and other personal details are encrypted in the shopping cart software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or on our own systems. Rest assured that your card and personal details will be secure at all times.

 

We aim to despatch most stock orders within 48 hours. Where longer delivery times apply to any Made to Order(MTO) items these are clearly stated on the product details pages.

 

Returns and Refunds. If you wish to return an unused item you should contact us by telephone or email to discuss and agree this with us within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to cancel an order before despatch you have the normal rights to do so as governed by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. Please call or email us to discuss your reasons for cancellation.

 

LAW and JURISDICTION

 

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
